csf-racing-high-performance-intercooler-system-audi-rs6-rs7-c8
CSF High-Performance Intercooler System - Audi RS6 / RS7 (C8)

The CSF High-Performance Intercooler System is a pair of drop-in intercoolers for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C8), developed with Pacific German and built by PWR in the USA. The factory intercoolers heat soak under load, letting intake air temperatures climb until the ECU pulls timing, while the Formula 1-grade PWR cores use two rows of rolled tubes with inner fins to hold intake temperatures down for longer. CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks are fully TIG-welded in place of the factory crimped cast tanks, so they are stronger under the higher boost of tuned and upgraded-turbo cars. CSF quotes gains of about 15 kW and 24 Nm at the wheels on the factory tune, and about 7.5 kW and 27 Nm with a performance tune, and the coolers come in a raw billet aluminium finish.

Features

Formula 1-grade PWR two-row cores with rolled tubes and inner fins

CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks, 100% TIG-welded

Reduces heat soak and intake air temperatures under hard driving

OEM-style inlet and outlet connections for a precise fit with factory parts

Stage 1 (factory tune) gain: 20 whp and 18 lb-ft, about 15 kW and 24 Nm

Stage 2 (performance tune) gain: 10 whp and 20 lb-ft, about 7.5 kW and 27 Nm

Made in the USA by PWR North America

Plug-and-play, no modifications needed

Specifications

Brand: CSF

Product Type: Intercooler Set

Supplied As: Left and right intercoolers

Core: PWR two-row, rolled tubes with inner fins

End Tanks: CNC-machined billet aluminium, TIG-welded

Finish: Raw billet aluminium

Replaces OEM: 4K0 145 805 P (left), 4K0 145 806 B (right)

Installation: Drop-in fit

Part Number: CSF8194

Vehicle Compatibility: 2 applications across 1 make.
