process-west-stage-2-5-performance-package-ford-falcon-ba-bf
Process West Stage 2.5 Performance Package - Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (BA / BF)

The Process West Stage 2.5 Performance Package for the Ford Falcon BA and BF XR6 Turbo combines a Stage 2 front-mount intercooler core, a billet plenum chamber, a battery relocation kit and a 4 inch race air box. The 500 x 360 x 80mm bar and plate core has polished aluminium end tanks and comes in silver or black powdercoat, and the plenum is CNC machined from solid 5083 aluminium billet with blended bell-mouths on each runner, a plug-in throttle body wiring extension and optional custom cover plates. The battery moves behind the driver's side foglight area to clear room for a large air box, keeping cables short with a laser-cut tray and bracket and a distribution block, and no cable cutting. The air box uses the former battery space with a 6 inch K&N filter, 6 inch to 4 inch bell mouth and reinforced silicone hose to the turbo, is rated for 500 rwkW and above, and also suits high-mount turbos.

Features

Stage 2 front-mount intercooler core: 500 x 360 x 80mm bar and plate

Billet 5083 aluminium plenum with blended bell-mouth runners

Plug-in throttle body wiring extension and optional custom cover plates

Battery relocation kit with laser-cut tray, bracket and distribution block

Short battery cables and no cable cutting

4 inch race air box with 6 inch K&N filter, rated for 500 rwkW and above

4 inch to 4 inch silicone hose (PWBACAI03-hose) available for 4 inch inlet turbos

Intercooler core in silver or black powdercoat

Specifications

Brand: Process West

Product Type: Performance Package

Includes: Stage 2 intercooler core, billet plenum chamber, battery relocation kit, 4 inch race air box

Intercooler Core: Front-mount bar and plate, 500 x 360 x 80mm

Plenum Material: Solid 5083 aluminium billet, CNC machined

Air Box Filter: 6 inch K&N

Air Box Rating: 500 rwkW and above

Optional Hose: PWBACAI03-hose, 4 inch to 4 inch for 4 inch inlet turbos

Finish Options: Silver or black powdercoat (intercooler core)

Part Numbers: PWBAPP25 (Silver), PWBAPP25B (Black)

Vehicle Compatibility: 1 application across 1 make.
