process-west-stage-3-2-performance-package-ford-falcon-ba-bf
Process West Stage 3.2 Performance Package - Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (BA / BF)

The Process West Stage 3.2 Performance Package for the Ford Falcon BA and BF XR6 Turbo combines a Stage 3 front-mount intercooler core, a throttle body relocation kit, a battery relocation kit and a 4 inch race air box for extreme power levels. The 500 x 425 x 100mm bar and plate core comes in silver or black powdercoat, and the throttle body relocation shortens the intercooler piping for maximum throttle response and allows true 3 inch piping without rubbing the bonnet, with plug-in patch harnesses for the wiring. The battery moves behind the factory foglight area on the driver's side, keeping its cables short to avoid voltage drop, with a laser-cut tray and bracket, a P7000 plastic terminal distribution block and no cable cutting. The air box fills the old battery space with a 6 inch K&N filter, 6 inch to 4 inch bell mouth and wire-reinforced silicone hose to the turbo, and is rated for 500 rwkW and above.

Features

Stage 3 front-mount intercooler core: 500 x 425 x 100mm bar and plate

Throttle body relocation kit with all components and plug-in patch harnesses

True 3 inch intercooler piping without bonnet rubbing

Battery relocation behind the driver's side foglight area with short cables

Laser-cut battery tray and bracket with P7000 terminal distribution block

Battery still easy to reach for jump starting or charging

4 inch race air box with 6 inch K&N filter, rated for 500 rwkW and above

Works with high-mount turbos; 4 inch to 4 inch hose (PWBACAI03-hose) available for 0.7 A/R turbos

Specifications

Brand: Process West

Product Type: Performance Package

Includes: Stage 3 intercooler core, throttle body relocation kit, battery relocation kit, 4 inch race air box

Intercooler Core: Front-mount bar and plate, 500 x 425 x 100mm

Battery Terminal Block: High-density P7000 plastic

Air Box Filter: 6 inch internal diameter K&N

Air Box Outlet: 4 inch, via 6 inch to 4 inch bell mouth

Air Box Rating: 500 rwkW and above

Optional Hose: PWBACAI03-hose, 4 inch to 4 inch for 0.7 A/R turbos

Finish Options: Silver or black powdercoat (intercooler core)

Part Numbers: PWBAPP32 (Silver), PWBAPP32B (Black)

Vehicle Compatibility: 1 application across 1 make.
