Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship to most residential and business addresses across Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the freight or courier service used. Any delivery estimates provided are a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Supplier Warehouse & Special Order Items

Some products are supplied from our supplier warehouses and may not be held in stock at Carbon Autohaus.

For these items, the typical estimated lead time is approximately 1–4 weeks.

This timeframe refers to the expected supplier lead time and is an estimate only. It may vary depending on supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, freight delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are advised that your order is likely to take longer than 4 weeks, we will contact you with an updated estimated timeframe.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Some automotive parts, including body panels, exhaust systems, suspension components, wheels, and other large or heavy products, may require specialised freight.

Additional shipping charges may apply to bulky or oversized items, particularly for regional or remote areas.

If additional freight charges are required, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Delivery & Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur once an order is with the freight provider. If there is an issue with your delivery, Carbon Autohaus will assist where reasonably possible.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact Carbon Autohaus as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

Please retain all packaging while the matter is being assessed.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us so we can raise an enquiry with the relevant freight provider.

Courier investigations and claim processing times are determined by the freight provider and may vary.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or supplier arrangements.

You may therefore receive more than one delivery for the same order.
