These Street Density mounts replace the upper differential carrier mounts, the pair of small bushings pressed into the carrier that supports the rear differential, on B4 and B5 chassis Audis. 034Motorsport has them made by an OE supplier to its own specification as solid rubber with no voids or air pockets, using 50 durometer rubber that it quotes as about 10% stiffer than stock. Because there are no voids, the brand says the effective reduction in drivetrain movement is closer to 25% stiffer, while the car still rides smoothly and quietly. 034Motorsport reports fitting them to its own B5 1.8T quattro for more than 10k road miles and six track days, and says they still looked new when removed.
