This kit swaps the front and rear rubber brake hoses on the B8 and B8.5 Audi Q5 and SQ5 for stainless steel braided lines. Each line combines a Teflon liner, stainless steel braided reinforcement and a protective black PVC covering. 034Motorsport says the braided hose does not bulge or expand under brake pressure like stock rubber, which improves pedal feel and gives more consistent braking. The lines use application-specific fittings and lengths, and the brand states they are DOT certified.
