This Res-X resonator delete and X-pipe is a bolt-in exhaust upgrade for the B9 Audi S4 with the 3.0T engine. It removes the heavy factory resonator and replaces it with a ready-to-install 304 stainless steel section with an integrated X-pipe, and no welding is required. 034Motorsport says this gives a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note without noticeable drone in the cabin, and that the X-pipe balances exhaust pulses from each side of the engine for smoother flow. The part is lighter than the factory resonator, the installation is completely reversible and two exhaust clamps are included.
