034Motorsport's Res-X Resonator Delete and X-Pipe replaces the heavy factory resonator on C7 and C7.5 Audi S6, S7, RS6 and RS7 models with the 4.0 TFSI engine. Removing the resonator gives a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note, while the built-in X-pipe balances exhaust pulses from each side of the engine for smoother flow. 034Motorsport says the change adds no noticeable drone inside the cabin. The 304 stainless steel pipe has a titanium-look finish, is lighter than the factory resonator and bolts in with the supplied clamps in about an hour, with no welding and full reversibility.
