This billet aluminium oil tube kit from 034Motorsport replaces the failure-prone plastic oil tubes inside the DQ500 DSG used in the 8V.5 Audi RS3 and 8S TT RS, and also suits the 7-speed DSG in the 2014-2015 R8. The factory tubes usually crack or break when the valve body comes out to replace the mechatronic unit or fit an upgraded limited-slip differential, so this kit provides a durable replacement for that job. The tubes are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, anodised black and reverse engineered from the factory lines, with a larger bore for more fluid flow. Viton fluoroelastomer O-rings handle heat and pressure better than the factory seals, which 034Motorsport says keeps them sealing even at high power or in racing.
