034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Front Main Seal, B8/B8.5/C7 Audi EA837 3.0T Supercharged Vehicles

This billet front main seal replaces the failure-prone stamped steel factory front main wiper seal on Audi EA837 3.0 TFSI supercharged engines, and the brand's fitment table also lists several 3.2 FSI models. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, anodised gloss black, and uses an OEM Viton Elring seal, held firmly against the crankshaft by an integral tension spring. 034Motorsport says the Elring seal copes better with higher crankcase pressure than the stock wiper seal, and that the billet housing is far less likely to fail if a shredded serpentine belt is drawn in, as can happen with the OE seal. It is a direct replacement for OEM part 06E 103 153 E, comes with new grade 8.8 hardware and suits both leak repairs and preventive maintenance.
