These billet aluminium inserts fill the voids in the factory rubber rear subframe mounts on B9 and B9.5 Audi A4, S4, A5, S5, RS5 and Allroad models. 034Motorsport explains that the rubber mounts deflect under load, making the rear feel vague and loose, upsetting suspension geometry and adding understeer. Working with the factory mounts, the inserts limit subframe movement during cornering, launches and acceleration for crisper shifts and more effective aftermarket sway bars and suspension parts, and the brand says they add virtually no noise, vibration or harshness. They are CNC-machined in-house from 6061-T6 billet aluminium with a clear anodised finish, were tested on 034Motorsport's B9 A4 development car, and install simply and reversibly.
