034Motorsport's billet diverter (bypass) valve replaces the factory plastic diverter valve, a common source of boost leaks, on 1.8T, 2.2T, 2.7T and 4.2T Audi and Volkswagen applications. In place of the OEM valve's fragile rubber diaphragm it uses a spring and piston design, which the brand says lasts much longer, responds faster and copes with higher boost, making it suited to tuned cars. The valve is machined from billet aluminium with 1" inlets and outlets, fits as a direct replacement and is fully serviceable and rebuildable. It is offered in polished aluminium or black anodised finishes.
