This billet housing replaces the plastic factory oil filter housing on MQB and MQB EVO EA888 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines, including the Mk7 and Mk8 Volkswagen Golf GTI and R, the 8V and 8Y Audi A3 and S3, and the 8S Audi TT and TTS. The factory plastic part is prone to warping, leaking and cracking, so 034Motorsport machines this direct replacement from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and hard anodises it bright black. It uses the factory oil filter, so servicing is unchanged, and it interchanges with OE parts 06L115401B, 06L115678Q and 06L115408D. 034Motorsport puts installation at around 30 minutes.
