This billet PCV check valve is a bolt-on replacement for the problematic plastic OEM valve (035 103 245A) used on the Audi AAN I5 20VT, the Audi, SEAT and Volkswagen 1.8T, the Audi 2.7T and many other VAG engines. It is a spring-loaded ball-type valve with a CNC-machined billet aluminium housing and a stainless steel ball and spring, which 034Motorsport describes as indestructible. With a 1/2" nipple on the pressure side and a 1" OD connection on the vacuum side, it can also be used universally wherever pressure needs to be kept out of a hose or chamber. The brand rates it for applications up to 100 PSI or more.
