034Motorsport Cold Air Induction Bundle - (MQB EVO) Volkswagen Golf MK8R & Audi 8Y S3 - 034-108-3048
This induction bundle combines 034Motorsport's turbo inlet pipe, turbo inlet hose and drop-in panel air filter for the MQB EVO Volkswagen Golf R and Audi 8Y S3, and it also suits other EA888 Gen 4 engines with the high output Continental turbo. The wire-reinforced multi-ply silicone hose replaces the restrictive corrugated factory hose and resists collapsing under vacuum, while the 6061-T6 aluminium inlet pipe uses a billet compressor flange and an O-ring sealed adapter ring matched to the factory turbo. On 034Motorsport's flow bench the bundle flowed 535.81 CFM against 437.38 CFM for the OE assembly, an increase of about 22.5%. The double-layered cotton filter drops into the factory airbox in place of part 5Q0129620, and installation takes about 30 minutes.
