This brass distributor gear replaces the plastic gear on distributors fitted to Audi inline five-cylinder 20v engines. Fitting it is a quick job: drive out the pin holding the stock gear, fit the brass gear and refit the pin. It suits 20v I5 models such as the Audi 200, 90, Coupe and S2 that use a plastic-geared distributor.
