This is a new driveshaft support centre bearing for the 4.2L V8 B6 and B7 Audi S4 and the B7 RS4. 034Motorsport makes the part in-house for this application, using a precision stamped steel body with an OEM bearing, and says it is not available from the dealer. It does not fit the Audi A4, and no core is required. The brand positions it as a fix for issues commonly caused by a failing driveshaft support, such as vibration at certain speeds and loud noises from the driveshaft tunnel.
