034Motorsport Exhaust Manifold, High Flow Stock Fit, Longitudinal 1.8T - 034-105-9000
This high-flow exhaust manifold is a direct replacement for the factory manifold on longitudinally mounted 1.8T engines in the B5 and B6 Audi A4, C5 Audi A6 and B5 Volkswagen Passat. It is cast from high-silica iron rated for turbocharger use, with runners 50% larger than stock for 50% more flow than the OEM manifold, and is CNC-machined for a precise fit. Because it keeps the factory turbo position, factory-fit turbos and downpipes still bolt up, making it well suited to the K04-001 upgrade or GT-based Eliminator kits, where 034Motorsport has seen 10-15 WHP more and 100-200 RPM quicker spool. Longer turbo installation hardware and a bolt locking tab are included, and the manifold carries a 1 year warranty.
