This Density Line/Motorsport Hybrid Bundle replaces the three key mounts that hold the engine and transmission in the MkIV Volkswagen and 8L/8N Audi chassis. It pairs Track Density engine and transmission mounts in 80 durometer void-free rubber, which 034Motorsport describes as approximately 90% stiffer than stock, with a billet aluminium dogbone mount fitted with an Aurora spherical bearing and a Density Line rubber bushing. 034Motorsport says the set reduces wheel hop, drivetrain slop and engine movement under load, at the cost of some added noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) in the cabin. All three mounts are complete drop-in replacements for the factory units.
