034Motorsport Nuclear Grade, Critical Application Tapping and Cutting Fluid - 034-907-0000
This nuclear-grade, critical-application cutting fluid is a specialised metalworking lubricant for tapping and cutting stainless steel and other hard metals. It suits high-carbon, nickel-chrome and heat-treated steels, monel, cast iron, aluminium and even exotic metals. 034Motorsport first used it when tapping plasma-cut holes, where the cut had hardened the metal and taps kept breaking; with the fluid applied, the remaining holes were finished with a single tap that still was not worn out. It comes in a 4 ounce tube with a copy of the test report for its nuclear certification and chemical analysis.
