034Motorsport Rear Differential Mount, Delrin, Audi Small Chassis B2/B3 Audi UrQuattro/4000/80/90/Coupe Quattro - 034-505-2002

This Delrin rear differential mount replaces the rubber-bonded factory mount on small chassis Audi quattro models such as the Ur-quattro, 4000 quattro and the 80, 90 and Coupe Quattro. Made from high-density black Delrin with a steel centre for secure installation, it is an interference fit in the stock aluminium mount housing and a snug fit in the subframe bracket, giving very rigid differential mounting while keeping the factory off-centre differential position and alignment. 034Motorsport suggests pairing it with Density Line engine mounts to reduce drivetrain bind and movement and sharpen throttle response, and new mounting hardware is included. Fitting requires removing the stock bonded mount, and because Audi made the housings in two sizes, smaller housings will be 0.5mm undersize and need clearancing, which can only be checked by measuring once the old bushing is out.
