034Motorsport Rear Shock Mount, Street Density - (MQB AWD) - Volkswagen MK7 R & Audi 8V S3/TT/TTS/RS3 - 034-601-3001

These Street Density rear shock mounts are drop-in replacements for the factory mounts on all-wheel-drive MQB models, including the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf R, quattro versions of the 8V Audi A3, S3 and RS3 and 8S TT, TTS and TT RS, and the Mk7 Golf GTI with DCC. They use 60 durometer Density Line rubber in a cast aluminium body to cope with the extra loads of spirited driving and upgraded suspension, and 034Motorsport says they markedly reduce deflection in hard cornering to keep suspension geometry in check. Improved bonding between the rubber and the body makes separation, and the familiar clunk of worn factory mounts, less likely. Mounts are sold individually and two are needed per car.
