The RES-X Resonator Delete Pipe replaces the factory resonator on the MQB Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI and the front wheel drive 8V Audi A3 2.0 TFSI. 034Motorsport says removing the heavy factory resonator gives a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note with no noticeable drone inside the cabin. The pipe is made from 304 stainless steel, is lighter than the factory resonator and bolts in with the supplied exhaust clamp, with no welding required. The installation is completely reversible.
