The Res-X is a bolt-in pipe that replaces the factory resonator on the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf R and 8V Audi S3, as well as the 8V Audi A3 quattro 2.0 TFSI. Removing the heavy, quiet resonator gives a deeper and more aggressive exhaust note, and 034Motorsport says it adds no noticeable drone inside the cabin. The pipe is made from 304 stainless steel, weighs less than the factory resonator and comes with two exhaust clamps for installation. No welding is required and the change is fully reversible.
