The S34 is a carbon fibre intake system for the EA888.4 2.0T in the MQB EVO Volkswagen Golf R Mk8 and Audi S3 8Y, and 034Motorsport says it suits all MQB EVO engines with the high-output Continental turbo. It uses an open airbox fed by the factory fresh air duct, a 4-inch inlet conical filter free of restrictive shrouding and a CFD-optimised 4-ply silicone tube that replaces the factory accordion hose. 034Motorsport measured 819.4 CFM against 474.7 CFM for the stock intake at 28in H2O, and claims more power and torque, sharper throttle response and a stronger induction sound. A carbon fibre shield blocks hot engine bay air, and the kit fits left and right-hand drive cars using the factory mounting grommets.
