034Motorsport Motorsport Stainless Steel Tow Hook - 150mm for Volkswagen MK8 GTI/R

This tow hook threads into the stock tow hook location on Mk8 Volkswagen GTI and Golf R models and replaces the factory hook. The tow ring is CNC machined from billet 303 stainless steel and laser engraved, while the shaft and connector are CNC machined from 4140 chromoly steel with clear zinc plating. 034Motorsport says a positive stop in the connector keeps the ring from articulating past 90 degrees below horizontal so it cannot touch the bumper cover, and an o-ring stops it swinging around during spirited driving while still allowing 180 degrees of movement. The brand claims it offers more strength and a better appearance than the OEM hook.
