034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit for Audi B8/B8.5 Q5/SQ5 - 034-102-1002

This stock-location heat exchanger upgrade suits B8 and B8.5 Audi Q5 and SQ5 models with the supercharged 3.0 TFSI. Its core has 2.4 times the frontal area of the factory unit (370 versus 156 sq. in.) and 2.2 times the coolant volume, yet still fits behind the factory crash bar, with dual-pass CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks that both carry bleeder plugs. In 034Motorsport's dyno testing the factory exchanger heat soaked after a couple of pulls, letting intake temperatures pass the 80C point where the ECU cuts power, while the upgraded unit held them below 80C for six consecutive pulls. The 48-piece kit includes custom moulded multilayer silicone hoses and air duct sealing panels, installs easily and is reversible, and 034Motorsport recommends it for Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes and considers it a requirement beyond that.
