This TrackSport mount pair replaces the factory engine and transmission mounts on 2.0T Mk5 and Mk6 Volkswagens and the 8J and 8P Audi A3 and TT. The mounts are machined from T6-6061 billet aluminium with replaceable 65 durometer rubber bushings, so they are void-free, fluid-free and fully rebuildable. 034Motorsport says they reduce drivetrain slop and engine movement under load for more direct power transfer and better shift feel, and that rubber gives better ride characteristics than polyurethane alternatives. The brand notes some extra noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) in the cabin is to be expected.
