034Motorsport Turbo Muffler Delete with Test Ports, Volkswagen & Audi EA888.3 1.8T/2.0T 4 Cylinder Engines

The Turbo Muffler Delete is a bolt-in replacement for the factory turbo muffler on 1.8T and 2.0T engines in cars such as the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf GTI and Golf R, the 8V Audi A3 and S3, the 8S TT and TTS, and B8 and B9 Audi A4, A5 and Q5 models. Where the factory part uses internal baffles to quieten the turbocharger, 034Motorsport's version is a sealed, smooth-walled design machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium, so more of the turbo sound comes through. It also has two 1/8" NPT ports for pressure or temperature sensors for data logging and tuning, supplied with plugs already fitted. The black anodised part installs the same way as the factory muffler, in about an hour.
