034Motorsport Turbocharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit for Audi C7 S6 - 034-102-1001
This upgrade replaces the factory turbocharger heat exchanger on the 2012-on Audi C7 S6 with a much larger unit that still sits in the stock location behind the crash bar. Its oversized core has 2.4 times the frontal area of the stock exchanger and 2.2 times the fluid volume, with CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminium end tanks set up for dual-pass flow. 034Motorsport says testing showed significantly lower intake air temperatures, recommending the kit for Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes and treating it as required for higher power levels. Custom moulded multilayer silicone hoses, air duct sealing panels that stop air spilling around the radiator and bleeder plugs on both end tanks complete the 49-piece kit, which is reversible.
