034Motorsport Valve Cover Breather Adapter, 2.0 TFSI & TSI, Catch Can Provision - 034-101-5000

This adapter replaces the failure-prone factory oil separator and PCV assembly (OEM 06H 103 495E) on Audi and Volkswagen 2.0 TFSI and TSI engines and provides -10 AN connections for the catch can of your choice. It is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium with internal channels, finished in black anodising, and connects directly to the factory breather tube that runs to the turbo inlet. Because the intake manifold breather provision is no longer used, 034Motorsport says a common boost leak source is removed and oil is kept out of the intake manifold, where it adds to carbon build-up. A catch can must be installed for proper crankcase ventilation, and the brand recommends pairing the adapter with its intake manifold plug and boost tap.
