This 355x22mm 2-piece floating rear brake rotor kit upgrades the rear brakes on the Mk8 Volkswagen Golf R and the 8Y Audi S3, with the Mk8 GTI and 8Y RS3 also listed in the fitment table. It is a complete replacement rotor and caliper carrier kit that works with the factory rear calipers and raises rotor diameter from 310mm to 355mm. 034Motorsport quotes about 13.5 lb per rotor against 15.0 lb for the factory rotor, a saving of 1.5 lb of rotational weight at each corner, and uses 72 directionally curved vanes to flow cooling air through the disc.
