This billet tunnel brace replaces the shallow-fitting factory driveshaft tunnel brace on B8 and B8.5 Audi A4, S4, RS4, A5, S5 and RS5 models to give aftermarket exhausts more room. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium, finished in bright black anodising with a laser-etched 034Motorsport logo, and is stiffer than the OE stamped steel part. 034Motorsport says it increases exhaust clearance by 5mm, allowing an aftermarket exhaust up to half an inch larger in diameter to be fitted without excessive rattling or vibration. An integrated aeroflap maintains the OE underbody aerodynamics, and the brand says the brace adds no NVH.
