034Motorsport X34 4" Carbon Fibre Open-Top Cold Air Intake System, Audi TT RS & RS3 (8V/8S/8Y) - 034-108-1040

The X34 is 034Motorsport's 4-inch open-top carbon fibre upper intake for the 8S Audi TT RS and 8V.5 Audi RS3 with the 2.5 TFSI EVO engine. 034Motorsport found the factory filter membrane and the plastic accordion hose to the turbo were the biggest restrictions, so the kit replaces them with a high-flow conical filter and a CFD-optimised carbon fibre intake tube while bolting to the factory lower airbox and fresh air duct. A fully enclosed carbon fibre heat shield takes the place of the upper airbox and a stainless steel shield blocks heat from the exhaust header and turbo, so the filter draws cold air from the factory inlet duct ahead of the radiator. The 4-inch tube is built for upgraded 4-inch turbo inlets on factory, hybrid and full-frame turbos, and 034Motorsport says it works with most aftermarket inlets.
