The APR Intercooler System is a front-mounted intercooler upgrade for the Audi RS3 (8V and 8Y) and TT RS Mk3 with the 2.5 TFSI engine. APR says it dramatically reduces intake air temperature, minimises heat soak and increases performance, and recommends it at every stage of tune. It is a direct bolt-on design that is easy to install. APR notes it will not directly fit rest-of-world (ROW) cars with the shorter crash bar, which need a US spec setup using crash bar 8V5807190D, foam 8V5807550B and ACC adapter 8V0907574H.
