The APR Supercharger Pulley Installation Kit is a tool kit for removing the pressed-on factory drive pulley from the Gen 1 supercharger on 3.0 TFSI Audi A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7, S4, S5 and SQ5 models. The factory pulley sits on the supercharger's input shaft and cannot be removed without damaging the pulley or the supercharger unless special care is taken. APR designed the tool to enclose the whole pulley and pull evenly over its full surface, and it is compact enough that the front end of the vehicle does not need to come off completely. A provision for a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar lets the assembly be counter-held, which APR says makes the job possible for one person, and a complete install manual is included.
