The ARM Motorsports Audi A5 3" Test Pipe is a catless stainless steel test pipe for the 2.0T B8 Audi A4, A5 and Allroad, offered as a simple bolt-on alternative to a full downpipe upgrade. It replaces the most restrictive section of the factory exhaust, the catalytic converter section bolted directly to the turbocharger housing, with 3" stainless tubing and two O2 sensor bungs. ARM says the extra airflow and lower back-pressure can produce up to +24whp and +30wtq on tuned cars, with quicker turbo spool, sharper throttle response and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note. The brand notes that an ECU tune or O2 sensor fix is needed to avoid a check engine light.
