JDY Audi/VW 2.0T FSI & TSI Diamond Forged Pistons 9.0:1 82.50/83.0mm Bore
These forged pistons are made by Diamond Racing USA for Audi and Volkswagen 2.0T FSI and TSI engines and are supplied by JDY Performance in 82.5mm and 83mm bore sizes at 9.0:1 compression. They are designed for all engine configurations that use a 21.00mm pin. The 2618 low-silicon, high expansion alloy suits high horsepower and boost applications, and the design includes a round skirt with a reinforcing band at the bottom, 3D milling under the crown, window milling and lateral gas ports for better ring seal. Oversize valve pockets, offset pins and a Molly skirt coating complete the specification, along with 8620 series pins made from 1018 mild steel.
