The AWE Performance Exhaust suits the Volkswagen Golf GTI 2.0T of the Mk5 generation. It uses fully mandrel-bent, thick 0.065 inch wall T304 stainless steel tubing, with stainless steel internals in the muffler and resonator, stainless MIG and TIG welds and stainless T-bolt clamps. Double-walled tips help reduce heat discolouration. AWE developed the system on its in-house dyno.
