The AWE Touring Edition exhaust fits the Mk8 Volkswagen Golf R only, and is the first AWE Golf R system with its patented drone-cancelling 180 Technology. A slip-fit inlet adapter suits the factory downpipe and leaves an open 3-inch connection, and the clean, straight-through design gave dyno-verified gains of 4 hp and 1 lb-ft at the wheels. It is handcrafted from 3-inch and 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel, bolts straight on and finishes in quad 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. The tip outlets adjust individually to ease installation, and conversion kits allow a later switch to the more aggressive Track Edition.
