BFI MK5/MK6 2.0TSI/TFSI Stage 2 Engine Mount Kit

This Stage 2 engine mount kit from Black Forest Industries (BFI) covers a wide range of Volkswagen and Audi models from the Mk5 and Mk6 era with the 2.0T engine, including the Golf GTI and Golf R, Jetta and GLI, Beetle, Eos, CC, Passat, Audi A3 and TT/TTS. The kit contains a complete 2.0T engine side mount, a complete 6-speed manual/DSG mount and a torque arm / dogbone insert, with installation hardware, and the model year chosen at purchase (2005 to 2008 or 2009 to 2012) selects the correct dogbone insert. BFI says even new factory mounts struggle with the extra power of lightly modified engines and can start to fail in under 10k miles, while its billet and polyurethane mounts keep the engine firmly planted and improve shifting. The Stage 2 bushings are 85a durometer and aimed at heavily modified street and track cars, and BFI warns that Stage 2 mounts bring noticeably more noise, vibration and harshness.
