The CANchecked TCC01 is a thermocouple converter, or amplifier, that converts the signal from a Type K probe into a 0-5V output. The probe plugs into one side through standard mini thermocouple connectors, and a DTM06-3S plug on the other side carries 5V power, ground and the signal to a control unit or data display. CANchecked says it can be used for exhaust gas temperature as well as liquids and gases, and that it works with any device that has a 0-5V analogue input. CANchecked displays are preconfigured for it, so the signal simply connects to AIN2.
