The CSF High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is a universal 24 x 12 x 3 inch horizontal-flow (cross-flow) core (610 x 300 x 75mm), rated for 850 wheel horsepower and made for building a custom air-to-air intercooler. CSF hand-builds each core on jigs and fixtures in a clean room, with gloves, so it comes out perfectly straight with properly brazed joints and clean surfaces ready for welding on end tanks. High-precision multi-louvred fins are staggered on both the ambient and charge air sides for strong heat transfer, and every core is pressure tested to 120 psi (827 kPa) for reliability at extreme boost. It is a universal part that needs custom fabrication to install, so a qualified installer is recommended if you are not confident doing the work.
