The CSF High-Performance Intercooler System is a pair of drop-in intercoolers for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C8), developed with Pacific German and built by PWR in the USA. The factory intercoolers heat soak under load, letting intake air temperatures climb until the ECU pulls timing, while the Formula 1-grade PWR cores use two rows of rolled tubes with inner fins to hold intake temperatures down for longer. CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks are fully TIG-welded in place of the factory crimped cast tanks, so they are stronger under the higher boost of tuned and upgraded-turbo cars. CSF quotes gains of about 15 kW and 24 Nm at the wheels on the factory tune, and about 7.5 kW and 27 Nm with a performance tune, and the coolers come in a raw billet aluminium finish.
