DIXCEL pad grease goes on the back of the pads and the caliper hardware during a pad change or service, where it cuts squeal and vibration and helps protect the piston seals and dust boots. It comes in two versions: PG101, the standard grease DIXCEL supplies with its EC, M and ES Type pads, and LP1652, a graphite grease supplied with S, Z and X Type pads for stronger, longer-lasting noise suppression. It is handy for pads that didn't come with grease, or as a spare for the next service.
