Japanese brake specialist DIXCEL makes pads for everything from daily driving to endurance racing, and this front pad set suits the Wilwood calipers. It comes in three DIXCEL compounds: Z Type, a high-friction all-round sports pad designed for both the street and the circuit; RA Type, a high-friction racing pad that holds its bite at high temperatures; and RE Type, an ABS-friendly racing pad with a milder initial bite. DIXCEL says its street compounds come with stop noise shims and pad grease in the box, while the racing compounds work from around 200°C and need bedding in before competition use.
