DIXCEL Rear Brake Pads - Nissan Pulsar (N15) / Maxima (A32/A33) / Cefiro (A32) / Bluebird (U13)

Japanese brake specialist DIXCEL makes pads for everything from daily driving to endurance racing, and this rear pad set suits the Nissan Pulsar, Maxima, Cefiro and Bluebird (full application list below). It comes in five DIXCEL compounds, from the EC Type for street use to the R01 Type for circuit and racing, so the pad can be matched to how the car is driven. DIXCEL says its street compounds come with stop noise shims and pad grease in the box, while the racing compounds work from around 200°C and need bedding in before competition use.

• Stop noise shims and DIXCEL pad grease in the box with the street compounds (PG101 grease with EC Type and M Type; graphite LP1652 grease with X Type and Z Type)
• EC Type: mechanical wear indicators fitted where the car had them from the factory
• R01 Type: bed in by bringing the discs up to about 500°C without hard braking, then let them cool naturally below 100°C
• R01 Type is made to order by DIXCEL, which can take a month or more
