Japanese brake specialist DIXCEL makes discs for everything from daily driving to endurance racing, and this rear pair suits the Subaru WRX, Forester and Toyota 86. It comes in four DIXCEL disc types: PD Type (a plain disc made to the OE specification), SD Type (a six-slit disc for extra bite), FP Type (DIXCEL's top-spec plain disc, heat-treated with 20% more carbon) and FS Type (the six-slit version of the FP), all measuring 286 x 10mm. Every DIXCEL disc is balance-checked and corrected by machining, as car makers do, and carries an anti-corrosion coating chosen for the application. On the Toyota 86 this disc suits the base GT (the GTS has a larger vented rear disc), and on the Subarus it suits the 5x100 stud models without the STI Brembo rear brake.
