This DIXCEL brake pad wear sensor is a direct replacement for the rear sensor on the Audi RS6, RS7 and RS Q8. It warns the driver when the pads reach their minimum thickness, so new pads can go on before the old ones wear through. The sensor is a single-use part and should be replaced every time the pads are changed. It is the rear sensor for cars with the 390mm rear discs.
