JDY Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) For Audi 2.5TFSI RS3 1300HP 8V/8Y - ACC

This front mount intercooler from JDY Performance is made for the 2.5 TFSI Audi RS3 8V and 8Y and TT RS 8S, and JDY says its core supports up to 1300HP. The core is a custom bar and plate design 110mm thick, paired with machined billet aluminium end tanks that have a 76mm inlet, and it was developed with CFD analysis to spread airflow evenly across the fins. Wiggins clamps secure the inlet and outlet pipes, which carry pre-made 1/8NPT ports for water-methanol nozzles and IAT or boost sensors, and an air collecting guide around the core directs incoming air toward it. It fits the stock locations without cutting, and a black steel crash bar is included.
